The Enterprise Hub opened in Courtwick Lane in 2018. The hub is operated by BizSpace and provides flexible workspace options on short-term agreements at affordable licence fees and is the ideal environment for start-ups and businesses of all sizes, complete with a meeting room for hire.
BizSpace is a member of Gatwick Diamond which is an initiative of business partnerships run by successful individuals with commercial and economic development experience. Its aim is to strengthen and grow economic output within the South of England, in the Gatwick Airport locality.
The Hub occupies the building used as The Body Shop's original headquarters. Refurbishment costs of the 30,000 sq ft offices exceeded £1m, with the building being transformed. The interior is now a modern and practical multi-purpose commercial space with large communal area. The conversion offers 73 workspaces conveniently located by A259 and A284 Lyminster Road, with links to A27 only two miles away.
